12月15日，一场跨越亚欧大陆的“云端”签约仪式在成都与米兰同步举行——成都华西中学与意大利米兰亚历山德罗·曼佐尼学校正式缔结为友好学校。

On December 15, an online signing ceremony spanning the Eurasian continent was held simultaneously in Chengdu and Milan, where Chengdu Huaxi High School and Civico Polo Scolastico “Alessandro Manzoni” in Milan, Italy, officially established a friendship school partnership.

意大利米兰市政府国际关系部、成都市政府外办、成华区委外事办、成华区教育局及两校师生代表在线共同见证，携手开启教育合作新篇章。

Representatives of the International Relations Department of the City of Milan, the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Chengdu Municipality, the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Chenghua District Committee, and Chenghua District Education Bureau, as well as teachers and students from both schools, jointly witnessed the event online, joining hands to open a new chapter in educational cooperation.

此次合作源于2023年10月时任成都市副市长王乾率团访问意大利，与米兰市副市长安娜·斯卡乌佐的会谈成果。在两市政府的持续推动与共同努力下，此项合作最终顺利落地，水到渠成。这份合作既是对中意建交55周年的献礼，也是成都与米兰建立友好合作关系十周年的成果延伸。

The partnership originated from the outcomes of talks held between the delegation led by Wang Qian, then Deputy Mayor of the People’s Government of Chengdu Municipality, and Anna Scavuzzo, Deputy Mayor of Milan, during Chengdu delegation’s visit to Italy in October 2023. With the sustained promotion and joint efforts of the governments of both cities, the cooperation came to fruition naturally. It serves not only as a tribute to the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy but also as an extension of the achievements from the decade-long friendly cooperative relations between Chengdu and Milan.

未来，两校将在联合课堂、师资培训、学生交流、资源共享等方面开展深度合作，为两地青年搭建互学互鉴的桥梁。

Looking ahead, the two schools will establish bridges for mutual learning between the youth of both cities by deepening cooperation in joint classrooms, teacher training, student exchanges, resource sharing, and other areas.

成都华西中学（始建于1908年）

作为成都公立完全中学的代表，华西中学拥有双校区、占地178亩，师生规模超4000人。学校近年来构建“体育+科学”双特色育人体系：

As a representative of public combined secondary schools in Chengdu, Chengdu Huaxi High School operates across two campuses and covers an area of 178 mu with over 4,000 teachers and students. In recent years, the school has been developing a distinctive education system integrating “sports & science”.

一方面依托高标准运动场地资源，形成“课程教学+社团训练+竞技比赛”三位一体的以体育人模式；另一方面借力电子科技大学等高校资源，打造“基础课程+拓展课程+实践项目”融合的科创教育生态，为学生全面成长赋能。

Leveraging its high-standard sports facilities, the school has developed an integrated sport-based education model that combines “classroom instruction, school club training, and competitions”. Meanwhile, resources from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and other universities and colleges have been utilized to develop a sci-tech education ecosystem that integrates “basic courses, extracurricular classes, and hands-on programs”. Both initiatives are designed to empower students’ all-round development.

米兰亚历山德罗·曼佐尼学校（始建于1861年）

Civico Polo Scolastico “Alessandro Manzoni” (founded in 1861)

该校是米兰市政府直属的顶尖语言高中，秉承欧洲视野，注重多语言教育与文化融合。全校1200名学生除英语外，还可选修法语、德语、西班牙语或汉语等多门外语。

As a top language high school directly under the administration of the Milan government, the school embraces a European vision with a strong emphasis on multilingual education and cultural integration. In addition to English, its 1,200 students can choose to study French, German, Spanish, Chinese, or other languages.

学校设有“曼佐尼高中孔子课堂”，约400名学生学习中文，并通过PCTO（学业与职业交替培训）项目系统衔接学术发展与职业规划。

The Aula Confucio del Civico Polo Scolastico “Alessandro Manzoni” offers Chinese learning courses for approximately 400 students. Through PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation) projects, it systematically integrates academic development with career planning.
