香港大学商学院今年新增了面试环节！

今天就给大家解读一下面试内容有什么？怎么提高录取率？

面试形式

不是海面！也不是单面！

面试的形式是录视频，系统会给出3个问题，每个问题的回答时间限制是一分半钟，学生需要在两天半之内上传答案。

面试要点

学生的精神面貌也很重要，学校会通过眼神、表情、肢体语言来判断学生的自信度和表达能力。另外视频和录制（环境、光线、音质）这些也会是学校考察的一项，这本身也是小型项目管理考核。

港大这次的视频面试，是从单纯的纸面材料转向多维度的综合评估，软实力的权重有所提升。
