Speaker Profile

王江平

王江平，研究员级高级工程师，现任第十四届全国政协委员、人口资源环境委员会委员。1986年7月参加工作，2013年1月至2015年12月，任贵州省人民政府副省长、省政府党组成员；2015年12月至2018年3月，任国家工商行政管理总局党组成员、副局长；2018年3月至2024年10月，任工业和信息化部党组成员、副部长。长期从事工业和信息化工作，对企业管理、产业科技、产业金融、制造业数字化智能化绿色化转型有长期的观察和实践。

Jiangping Wang is a senior engineer at the researcher level and currently serves as a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and its Committee on Population, Resources, and Environment. Beginning his career in July 1986, Wang has held several key positions, including Vice Governor of the Guizhou Provincial People’s Government and Member of its Party Leadership Group (January 2013 – December 2015), Deputy Director of the former State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) and Member of its Party Leadership Group (December 2015 – March 2018), and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and Member of its Party Leadership Group (March 2018 – October 2024). With extensive experience in industry and information technology, Wang brings deep practical expertise and long-term strategic insight into corporate management, industrial technology, industrial finance, and the digital, intelligent, and green transformation of the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

在人工智能驱动新一轮科技革命，我国工业加速转型的关键时期，科技与产业的深度融合迫在眉睫。技术迭代需科学家与企业家携手，技术只有融入产业才能彰显价值。本报告将从产业界的视角出发，探讨AI+制造/AI for science领域发展动态，分析其对中国科技与产业发展的影响，明确新一代科学家的责任与使命。同时，深度解读本轮国家科技体制改革三大看点，即健全新型举国体制保障产业链安全、强化企业创新主体地位、推进教育科技人才一体化。
